Rachelle H. Cohen has been named Managing Partner of Valensi Rose, succeeding Laurie Murphy.
“I’m honored for the opportunity to continue the great work Laurie did as managing partner of our firm, including guiding us through the novel challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic, and to collaborate with our team of talented and dedicated professionals in shaping the firm’s path forward,” Rachelle said.
Rachelle’s areas of practice include business and real estate transactions, estate planning, and legal ethics consulting.
She serves as an outside “in-house” counsel to many of her clients and provides day-to-day guidance on legal challenges that arise in her clients’ businesses.
Rachelle speaks and writes frequently about business entities and transactions and legal ethics. In addition, she has taught a course at the USC Gould School of Law on contract drafting and strategy.
